While the distractions we use to cope with life such as emotional eating, drinking too much or binge watching Netflix can help in the moment, we don’t feel good once we have done those things. And then the guilt sets in about would have, should have, could have. So instead of reaching for that cake or that drink, try colouring in with no purpose other than to have some fun.
