At the end of each day’s treatment, just pick up a pencil and go for it!
There is something therapeutic about colouring-in and shutting out your thoughts, and the
good news is you don’t need to be artistic to enjoy colour me well. The printed designs on
the packaging come from my own treatment calendar and I’m definitely no artist.
Colour me well helped me share my journey with family and friends, each day they could
check in to see how I was doing and knew when I needed extra support. I encourage you
too to share your calendars and have set up an instagram page so you can be part of a
wellness community of support and love.
